You Got Money?
You Got Moneyyyyy!?
I hate hearing people say that to me or better yet other people. I hear it so frequently it gets quiet annoying. I know your probably thinking well, isn't that compliment but, whenever someone sees a well dressed person they automatically assume "they have money" & I'm here to tell you that you don't need a million dollars to look like a million dollars I'm here to show you how.
Maximizing your wardrobe + being a smart shopper = fly on budget.
In this blog post my entire outfit cost me $41 bucks. I know, I know hold your applause lol! I'm going to give you the break down.
Top +Old Navy 7.99
Jeans +Old Navy 10.00
Shoes +Forever 21 23.00
This casual chic outfit can be easily worn while your out and about with friends, movies, bowling , etc. perfect for that girl with a laid back lifestyle
I love old navy because their pieces are almost always trendy and it's easy to mix and match them with items I already own. And let's not forget they always have a sale!
I know some of you may feel like spending a little more than usual on clothing will ensure the longevity of the item but, in all actuality it really depends on how you take care of your clothing. That's the real 🔑
I hope this post brought you some outfit inspiration! Comment below!

I'm Back & I'm Better ?
Let's just start by saying the struggle has been real. I really had to take a step back from everything to realize what I really wanted, (my online store Istylehunt & my blog) what mattered the most, and what I felt I could give my all to.
I know I want to be a style influence & I also know I want to be able to maximize the average millennials wardrobe so they can afford those staple pieces. The question is where do I start? With a million tabs open in my mind, all these ideas but, no direction in which to point them. So, I took time off first to find the work life balance, then to find the time , and third to find a photographer. I knew my first challenge was finding a photographer, and finding someone to commit. You know that moment when your not working with a large budget but, you want quality work.
Finally I came to the realization that if I'm going to do it right this time I might just have to break the bank! I labeled this year project: Investment Ness & I meant that in all aspects of my life. At some point in time when your passionate about something you gotta drop them dollas. Of course during my hiatus I did much prayer and meditation just to make sure all was well with God and this is a path he supported. So, after I received confirmation I set out to do and not think. Just a quick fun fact. I am a super analytical person, plus a control freak, plus a perfectionist. That's a recepie for distruction if you ask me. But, my what if's were holding me back and knew that I wasted enough time contemplating on what route to take so, I say hey Ness we gotta get busy. Blogging is the void I was trying to fill via friends and companionship and the minute I jumped behind that lense nothing else mattered everything felt normal. I knew I was where I'm suppose to be doing what I was supposed to be doing all along. I was upset that it took me sometime to figure it out but, between all the madness I found clarity and for that I'm thankful.

Pastels x Midi
I'm not really a fan of soft feminine colors but, I wanted to try something new with this #OOTD / #OOTN (outfit of the day/outfit of the night). My normal go to outfit is usually something free flowing and casual but, this time I wanted to put a little spin on it and try something different. This dress that I'm wearing is from http://mystiqueboutiquenyc.com/collections/midi. Since I'm tall I wanted to take advantage of the length in this dress. I absolutely love midis they work perfect for my height. Also lets not forget the price of this was only $27.99. You really can't beat that price. I see myself wearing this dress in so many ways which is why I made this purchase. Moving along my shoes are from http://www.charlotterusse.com/. This purchase was made a while back but, I'm sure you can find something similar +Forever 21. My clutch was a gift sorry I don't have the details on where it was purchase but it is tan with a corkscrew detailing. My shades are from +UrbanOutfitters and my jewelry is from +Michael Kors.

The Look for Less
I seriously don't remember the last time I reached for denim on my day off. If most of you don't know I have to wear all black to work which leaves me depressed for five days out of the week. I know some of you may be reading this like really your fretting over all black. But, listen I'm a lady that dresses according to her #mood and all black is not always my mood. So on my days off I ten to "do the most" with my outfit.
Its kinda like I'm screaming I'm FREE when I put something on that isn't black. Which brings me to this blog post.

Friday's Fashionista
This weekend I was lucky enough to be interviewed by www.o1free.com/blogs/news for their Friday's Fashionista! I met up with Fatou Keita which is one of their brand ambassadors. She had such an amazing personality and vibrant spirit. We met in downtown Jersey City and she quickly gave me a back story on her brand and they were about. We chatted about our favorite fashion trends of course, and she asked me about my inspirations and when I figured out this was the career for me. Between chatting about our pet peeves in fashion and or favorite style icons we also discussed goals and things we plan to accomplish. It felt great meeting up with people who recognize your efforts and support genuinely support you. But, let me stop rambling you can get more details of this interview on their blog site in the link above and, don't forget to show them some love in return when you visit their page!
